Current Favourite Hairstyles! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Sorry for not uploading on Wednesday and Sunday last week, I had a mock GCSE week so I was busy revising for them and I also had a cold. :( Anyway...today and tomorrow I will upload last week's post, along with my normal ones and there will be a Lush review on Friday.

I don't know if you remember or not but last August I did THIS post all about some Hairstyles I was currently loving. It appeared that it was quite popular so I have another 3 Hairstyles to show you again today. I think Hairstyles seem to be popular on Blogs and YouTube because if your Hair feels good you immediately know it's going to be a good day.
The first hairstyle is the 'half up, half down'. This is something I can wear on a regular basis and it's just a simple, average Hairstyle. You basically just take a clump of hair on the top of your head and tie it up and leave the rest of your Hair down. You can even make it so that you have a bit of a quiff, if you want that extra bit more interesting style with more volume. I then just split the Hair in two and wear it on my front. However, I thought I would show you what it looks like from the back, just so you could understand more what I mean.
The next Hairstyle is something I don't wear on a regular basis, only for special occasions and if I'm going out Shopping or something. I did once wear it to School when I was in Year 7 or 8. It's just a 'fishtail braid'. I absolutely love fishtails! I think they are so more interesting than your average plait. You can also pull the plait out to give it more volume and shape. It also is good for taming long Hair!
The third Hairstyle is a 'halo braid'. This is something that I was inspired to do by Zoella and I tried it yesterday. I really like the effect of this because many people were quite shocked when they realised it was my own Hair and not a Hairband. It is also so simple to do but so effective and cute. Something I'm going to be wearing a lot throughout the Summer. All you do is plait two bits of Hair and wrap it over the top of your head...easy! Unfortunately, it only works for long hair.

So that is all the Hairstyles I am going to be showing you today. I really hope you enjoyed this Post and I will see you tomorrow for another Post. Thanks for reading!

Lush Collection Part 3! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Here is the third part of my Lush collection, I will get straight into it because this Post is going to be quite long! You can read part 1 HERE and part 2 HEREHERE is the link to the Lush website.
This is the Snowman Bath Ballistic, which was new to the Christmas collection in 2013. I've already had this once, but I received this one in a Christmas Friends gift set. I really enjoyed this though, and it has a lovely cocoa scent. You can read my review of it HERE
This is Magic Wand Re-Usable Bubble Bar, featured with the gorgeous scent of the sweet 'Snow Fairy'. I love this Bubble Bar and like then concept of it being a 'Magic Wand'. It also produces Pink bubbles from what I can remember last year, so what's not to like? This has been in the Christmas range for a few years now. I got this in my Christmas Friends gift set. Review coming soon.
Our trusty favourite...Candy Mountain Bubble Bar. This is my favourite Bubble Bar from the Christmas range, which comes out every year but with a slightly different twist each time. This also has the same 'Snow Fairy' scent and produces lots of Pink Bubbles. My Mum and Dad got me this from their Shopping day in December.
Next up we have Bombardino Bath Ballistic, a new Bath Ballistic for the Christmas 2013 range. This is so adorable! I've had this previously and loved it, it turns the Bath water a bright Yellow colour and does really good things to the Skin. I got this in my Christmas Friends gift set. You can read my review of it HERE
Father Christmas Bath Ballistic...this was a product that I didn't really like last year, it had way too much Glitter in it for my liking. However, I think there is less of that this year so I'm happy to re-try it. It also turns the Water a bright Green, which I do love! You can read my review of it HERE. I also got this in my Christmas Friends gift set.
Next up we have the adorable Christmas Penguin Bubble Bar, which was new to the Christmas 2013 range. I love this one so much, it has a lovely sweet scent and is so cute. I received this in my Christmas Friends gift set, and can't wait to review it.
A Bath Ballistic that was new to the Christmas 2013 range and looked very intriguing is Shoot For The Stars Bath Ballistic. I can't wait to try this because I've heard lots of great things about this and it has a gorgeous scent, similar to Honey I Washed The Kids. I got this for Christmas from my Mum and Dad. Review coming soon.
Finally...Luxury Lush Pud Bath Ballistic. This Bath Ballistic has come out in previous years, but as the Lil Lush Pud Bath Ballistic. In Christmas 2013, it had quite an extreme make over, but looks so cool nonetheless. I can't wait to try this and review coming soon. My Mum and Dad got me this for Christmas as well!

So that's all the products that I am going to be showing you in my Lush collection part 3. I hope you are still enjoying these posts, as there are a lot more to come! Thanks for reading.

Lush: Candy Mountain Bubble Bar Review! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Another Lush review today. Today I am going to be talking about my favourite product and that is Candy Mountain Bubble Bar. This is a product that comes out every year, but it always looks different. HERE is the link to the Lush website.
Here is Candy Mountain Bubble Bar. This year Lush decided to change the cute little pyramid from Pink and Green, to bright Pink and White with little Pink dots around it. You can also see little bits of glitter in it, but these don't really appear in the Bath.

Candy Mountain smells of the famous Snow Fairy scent, with a featured ingredient of fair trade vanilla absolute. Candy Mountain is so, so sweet and the scent lingers on your Skin for ages. I could smell it whilst I was dancing at a dance class.
Candy Mountain produces tons and tons of soft, sweet-scented Bubbles, which make your skin very smooth and nourished afterwards. Also, this year Candy Mountain tinted the Bath a Pink colour which has not happened in previous years. I very much enjoyed this.

I managed to get about 4 Baths out of this, which I think is very good seeing as it is priced relatively cheap at about £2.65. Of course you can't buy this all year round, but a great alternative is Creamy Candy Bubble Bar (review HERE).

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed. My Lush collection Part 3 is coming on Sunday!

Lush: Lord Of Misrule Review! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

The Lush reviews are back. My Lush reviews have took a step back since Christmas, but previously mentioned in my Lush collection posts, they have come back for a while whilst I do mid-week posts on reviewing some of the Christmas items. You may think this is pretty pointless but don't worry because 1. they are mid-week posts and 2. the products could come back next year so actually you are already educated about what ones to buy and what ones not to. HERE is the link for the Lush website.

Today I am going to be reviewing Lord of Misrule, one that came out with the Halloween collection and then stayed until the end of Christmas.
Lord of Misrule is a green, large Bath Ballistic with little dots of Purple and Yellow coming through. It's got engravings going round the top which sort of look like a crown as it is inspired by the 'Pagan Feast of Fools' and is suppose to be a bit like the Hats that you get inside of a Christmas cracker.

The scent is quite unique, it's got black pepper oil, patchouli oil and fair trade vanilla absolute in it, creating quite a sweet but spicy scent. The scent also lingered on my Skin afterwards, I was sat watching Eastenders and just kept sniffing my arms...haha.
When you pop Lord of Misrule into the Bath, it starts fizzing a green colour for a while before the red middle is unleashed, overtaking and producing a red-wine coloured bath. The red was so bright and I was quite panicked that it would stain the Bath...fortunately there was NO staining.

Along with a beautiful coloured Bath, there was also popping candy. You all know I love popping candy, so I was super happy that this featured in the Bath Ballistic. The water was also silky smooth and my skin felt super nourished afterwards. My only bad point is that it fizzed away really slowly, I mean I don't like fast fizzing, but this was so slow!

Priced at £3.30, this has got everything a Bath Ballistic should have in it; changing colours, popping candy, a beautiful scent, nourishing treatment, e.t.c. I'm praying that they bring this out again, I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I hope you enjoyed this Post and are excited for the Lush reviews coming soon. I can't promise that there will be one every week, but I have another one coming on Friday so stay tuned for that. I will also be reviewing some Mother's Day and Easter products when I have purchased them. Thanks for reading!

Maybelline Baby Skin Review | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today I am going to be reviewing the newish Primer from Maybelline which is called 'Baby Skin'. I was so excited when I heard about it because I thought it would be the perfect primer for my skin and I do have good things to say about it.

*hanbphotography photo*
 "Smooth, poreless looking skin,"

Following the launch of the Maybelline Baby Lips and their success, buying Baby Skin was so exciting for me. I loved the Baby Lips so trusted that this would be as good. First of all, the formula of this is a clear silicone gel, which goes into the skin really nicely, leaving a smooth and matte finish. I just use my fingertips to place it onto my skin. It is ideal for people with greasy skin as it keeps grease at bay and helps your face stay shine-free all day.

I also found that my concealer goes onto my Skin much more easier after applying this, it glides on to sit nicely and doesn't look obvious around creases or pores. I've also noticed that my concealer stays on longer whilst keeping my face fresh-looking.

Also, your face feels flawless afterwards. It makes your face unbelievably smooth and soft. However, whilst claiming to produce 'poreless looking skin', my pores were still there, which is something I was less happy about.

Additionally, I really like the packaging because I think it is cute and appealing. The primer is also non-scented which is something I definitely prefer. I also think that it's handy not being tinted, because it means it will suit everyone's skin tones.

Overall, I think this is a great drugstore primer contender, priced at £7.99 you can't really go wrong. You can pick it up at Boots HERE or Superdrug HERE. Thanks for reading and I hope you found this review useful!

Lush Wishlist March 2014 | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

I meant to do this post ages ago, but I've only just got round to finally writing it! Today I am going to be doing a Lush wishlist, which mainly includes Mother's day and Easter products. You can buy all the products I mention on the Lush website HERE
Left to right top row:

1. Bunch Of Carrots Re-Usable Bubble Bar- £5.95: I had the Carrot Bubble Bar last year and really enjoyed it, but this year I really like how it is a bunch of Carrots. It also has the most amazing smell and turns your Bath water Orange. HERE is the link on the Lush website. I also reviewed it HERE last year.

2. Bunny Bubble Bar- £3.25: At first I didn't know what this was, but then I realised it was an adorable Bunny Bubble Bar. It also has a Vanilla/Coconut Scent and I can't wait to try it. You can buy it HERE on the Lush website.

3. Fluffy Egg Bath Ballistic- £2.95: I missed out on this one last year so I definitely need to try it this year. I would imagine it's probably very similar to Think Pink Bath Ballistic (review HERE) and it is candy-scented. You can buy it HERE on the Lush website.

4. The Brightside Bubble Bar- £4.50: This was also another one I missed out on last year. I really like how colourful this is and I would imagine it to produce a bright Bath. It's also quite similar to The Comforter and Blue Skies and Fluffy White Clouds Bubble Bars. You can buy it HERE on the Lush website.

You can view the WHOLE Easter collection HERE.

Left to right bottom row:

5. Inhale Exhale Bath Ballistic- £3.25: This is new product for the Mother's Day collection and it looks very intriguing being Blue and Red and apparently it fizzes slower on one side and quicker on the other. It also has 'Grapefruit Oil' as it's featured ingredient. You can buy it HERE on the Lush website.

6. Secret Garden Bath Ballistic- £2.95: This came out last year and I missed it, so I must pick it up this year. It is very cute and does actually remind me of a Garden. It's featured ingredient is 'Rose Absolute', so will smell very rosey. You can buy it HERE on the Lush website.

7. Rose Bubble Bar- £2.95: This is also new for the Mother's Day collection and something I couldn't possibly miss out on, because it is so cute. It has 'Rose Absolute' as it's featured ingredient, so will also smell very rosey. It is suppose to be like Amandopondo Bubble Bar. You can buy it HERE on the Lush website.

8. Mumkin Bubble Bar- £2.95: I had this very cute Bubble Bar last year and couldn't possibly miss out on it this year because it's just too adorable. It smells lovely, it's suppose to be like a 'Punnet of fresh Raspberries', with Lemon Oil. It also produces Pink bubbles. I reviewed it last year HERE. You can buy it on the Lush website HERE

You can view the WHOLE Mother's day collection HERE

Thanks for reading this Post and I hope you enjoyed!

February Favourites! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today is my monthly favourites post for February. Today's post will be a little different, instead of grouping the photos together, Hannah from hanbphotography contacted me and asked if she could take some photos for my blog. I quickly snapped up the offer and she has kindly taken the photos for me. I will link Hannah and her Blog at the end.
*hanbphotography Photo*
The first product is the Maybelline Baby Lips. I have talked about these a lot on my Blog and this was the first one I reviewed, however I went slightly off of it as I didn't think the colour suited me. Now though I am loving it. It is super moisturising and the colour compliments my Skin perfectly for Spring! Full review HERE
*hanbphotography photo*
Next is a Barry M Nail Varnish with no name because I got it in a Impulse Gift Set a long time ago. I have found myself wearing this Nail Varnish a lot this month. I thought the colour was beautiful and wore it most weekends. It has great chipping power too!
*hanbphotography photo*
Next is a Perfume from Next called 'Cashmere'. This is a really beautiful scent. It is quite musky, but also sweet at the same time. It also has quite good staying power and I also think the bottle is very cute. Full review HERE
*hanbphotography photo*
Next is a Shampoo from Tresemmé, which is a 2-1 and a deep cleansing treatment. This is amazing. I can definitely tell a difference when I use this product. My Hair feels so much smoother and has more life to it, it's bouncy! It also adds no extra weight to my Hair and I can so easily brush it. I feel like it gets rid of all those nasty silicones in my Hair.
*hanbphotography photo*
Finally is quite a new product...the Maybelline Baby Skin Primer. This is a really nice primer, I am going to do a full review soon, so I won't talk much about it. However, it primes the face really nicely, leaving a super smooth and matte finish. It doesn't get rid of all pores, but certainly minimises them!

So that is my February favourites. I really hope you enjoyed and liked the pictures...I love them! You can check out Hannah's Blog HERE. I'm sure you will like it, there is lots of great photography tips which I'm sure will help all us bloggers! She also has a flickr which you can follow HERE. There are lots of nice pictures to look through.

Thanks for reading!
