February Favourites 2015! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

A bit late, but, today I have my February favourites for you all!
February Favourites:

1. Rimmel 'Wake Me Up' Concealer: I've had a lot of pesky spots recently, so this has been helping massively to clear them up. I normally do two layers of it and that's just enough! It lasts for quite a while and even longer when powdered down. This is my go to concealer!

2. Sudocrem: Bit of a weird one, but linking to the spot theme, I have been applying this at night time and I've found it's been helping to dry the spots out, which some people don't like but personally for me I find it very useful!

3. Diesel 'Loverdose' Perfume: I got this perfume for Christmas and I've made it my Monday perfume. I love it so much! It smells just like sweets and it lasts for ages in the day!

4. Barry M 'Matte' Nail Varnish: In February I really got in to painting my Nails, as we had Half Term, and this was my favourite Nail Varnish from the whole month. I love the look of matte nails and I found that I could match this colour to any outfit!

5. Mulberry Purse: After receiving this purse for Christmas, I didn't use it too much in January, I think I was a bit scared but I really got into using it this month as I had lots of places to go where I needed it. I love it so much, it's so spacious and pretty. I'm in love!

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed and maybe found it useful?!

August Favourites 2014! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Sorry it's a bit late but today I am going to be talking about my August favourites!
August Favourites:

1. Dove Deodorant: I actually wrote a review on this I loved it so much! This stuff smells amazing...so fruity and sweet and the packaging is also super cute. I think this is the best deodorant out there at the moment!

2. Maybelline Nail Varnish in 'Flamant Rose': I wore this colour the whole way through August on my toes and I loved it. It was perfect on Holiday, has amazing chipping power and looked great with pretty much any flip flop with it's amazing shine!

3. Maybelline Baby Lips in 'Strike A Rose': This was one of the new Baby Lips and it's the only one I've tried so far...but I love it. It is a beautiful Pink colour, with moisturising qualities and I have worn it a lot in August...it's only £2.99 too and there are 3 other colours to pick from in the 'Electro' range, so something for everyone!

4. Rimmel 'Wake Me Up' Concealer: This is a great concealer for under the eyes to brighten them up. I've also found it works great to highlight the brow bone, as that's where I mostly use it as it's not the best for spots. It's very light and not cakey! It's got good staying power, but even better with a dab of powder!

5. Scrunchie: My Friend actually made me this Scrunchie, so you can't buy it in any Stores but I absolutely love this! It's such a pretty pattern and it was so nice of her to make it so I felt it needed a mention this month as I pretty much wore it everyday in August and am still wearing it in September!

So they are all my favourites from the month of August! Sad that Summer is over but my Birthday is just around the corner and I love the Winter months...Christmas will soon be here!

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed!

Updated: Everyday Make Up Routine! | Believe

Hey!:)

So around this time last year, I actually uploaded an everyday Make Up routine and it's changed a bit since then, so I thought I would show you an updated version!
1. Nivea Essential Care: First of all, I apply a Lip Balm to my Lips to make sure they are moisturised by the time I apply a Lipstick/Lipgloss e.t.c.

2. Maybelline Baby Skin: Then I apply my Maybelline Baby Skin, to smooth out my Skin and minimise any pesky pores!

3. Miss Sport Clear Mascara: I don't use this for a Mascara, I use this to comb through my Brows and to keep them in place for the day!

4. Maybelline Fit Me Concealer: I use this underneath and on top of my Eyebrow, just to highlight the Brow Bone!

5. Rimmel Eyebrow Pencil: I then fill in my Eyebrows and use the comb on the end of the Brush to Brush through them and set them in place for the day.

6. Collection Concealer: I cover up any Spots/Blemishes with this!

7. Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder: I then set my Concealer with this powder and also Brush it around the rest of my Face to help it stay shine free all day.

8. Avon Face Brush: I then pick up this Brush and...

9. Mac Mineralized Skin Finish in 'Lust': I then use my Avon Brush and apply this to my Cheeks and it helps to brighten them up for the day!

10. Maybelline Baby Lips in 'Pink Punch': I then apply this to my Lips, it helps to moisturise whilst giving a pop of a Baby Pink Colour!

11. Tanya Burr Lip Gloss in 'Picnic In The Park': Finally, I finish off the day's look with a touch of Lip Gloss!

So that is my full Make Up routine! I really hope you enjoyed this Post and thanks for reading!

July Favourites 2014! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

I have got two posts coming your way this evening! Firstly, I'm kicking it off with telling you all about the things I have been loving in July!
July Favourites:

1. Aussie Luscious Long Shampoo and Conditioner: I have been using Aussie 'Miracle Moist' for a while now, but when I changed to this Shampoo and Conditioner, I noticed a massive difference! My Hair felt so much smoother and I always think it adds a bit more volume. It also smells amazing and I can always smell it in my Hair!

2. Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in '001 Transparent': This is my favourite ever powder, and I have certainly been needing it this month. It's been so hot and sweaty, that I've found myself using this every 5 seconds! It helps me look presentable, whilst keeping my Face shine-free and matte.

3. Barry M Nail Varnish in '318 Peach Melba': I've been wearing this a lot through July, I found myself reaching for this Nail Varnish most Weekends and wore it a lot throughout work experience, as I found it matched a lot of my dresses! It's got great chipping quality and is an all-in-all beautiful coral/peachy colour. Barry M Nail Varnishes are really cheap too!

4. Soap and Glory Spray On Body Moisturiser: What with it being so hot this month, my Skin has been getting super dry. Although, I don't want to waste time and feel sticky. This moisturiser is perfect, you literally just spray it on (super quick, no time wasted!) and then rub it in and it sinks into the Skin so quickly and lovely. It smells gorgeous and leaves my Skin feeling so soft and smooth! Great if you're fake tanning!

5.  Bourjois Lip Crayon Colour Boost in '04 Peach On The Beach': I feel like I'm going for a bit of a Peach coloured theme! This is literally the most beautiful, bright Coral lip crayon ever! It is moisturising, lasts for a good amount of time and also tastes and smells quite nice! In Superdrug they are currently £2 off, so hurry!

So they are my favourites from July! I really hope you enjoyed this post and thanks so much for reading!

Rapunzel: Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder Review! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

In THIS post I talked about starting up a new series where I reviewed something from a brand that began with the same letter as a Disney Princess. Seeing as Rapunzel was my example, I thought I would begin with her. I've decided to review the Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder, which is something I have been meaning to review for ages so this is the perfect opportunity!
Here is the Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder, which everybody loves in the blogging world. I have mine in the colour '001 Transparent' because then you don't have to worry about it being too dark or too light for you skin tone, as that is something I hugely struggle with. There are 6 shades to choose from though, so there is something for everyone. The packaging for this is simple, which I think suits the product but I'm not too keen on the plastic lid. It also has a tendency to keep falling off, which would not be good for travelling.

This powder claims to have up to 5 hours of natural shine control and helps to minimise the appearance of pores. I don't think my face stays shine-free for 5 hours because I always notice it coming back in the middle of the School day. However, I do think it minimises my pores. Obviously, they don't completely disappear but they do definitely fade away and this is something I love about the product!

I apply this mainly in my oily areas, which is my nose, the area around my nose and my chin but I do brush it over my forehead sometimes. I would definitely say that it mattifies my face, which being someone with greasy skin, I love! It has a great coverage but it can become cakey very quickly, so just be careful about that. I've also noticed that it can break me out, which is a bit annoying. It gives me under the skin spots. It does make my Skin feel really smooth at the same time though.

I also noticed that it helped my concealer to stay on noticeably longer. I always find that my concealer rubs off in the middle of the School day but this helps to keep it on that extra bit longer. Also, another thing that I think is key to point out, is that it does have a scent so it is not fragrance-free, so if you don't like fragranced make up, then this is not for you! I personally like the scent and can't really smell it on my face.

So priced at £3.99 and with Summer coming up, this is definitely something I would recommend for everyone. It's going to help you massively in the Summer to take away that horrible greasy face. You can pick it up from the Boot's website HERE

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed and found this review very useful. I also hope that you are looking forward to the rest of the series and if you have any products from any brands starting in the letters, A, B, S, J, C that you want me to review...let me know!

Rimmel Eyebrow Pencil Review '004 Black Brown' | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today I am going to be reviewing one of my favourite products and that is the Rimmel Eyebrow Pencil. Being someone with disgusting/awkward Eyebrows, this is the perfect thing for me. I started to fill in my eyebrows back in September with a Black eyeliner. I have dark Eyebrows, but this was just too dark and it wasn't working well. I then invested in this Pencil and I've been much better off ever since.
First of all, I think it looks really natural on my brows and I think that is a key thing. The colour '004 Black Brown' is a perfect match for my brows (if you have light black eyebrows, definitely go for this one) so blends in really nicely. It also brushes on and sits on the eyebrows really nicely, which helps the colour to blend in and not look unnatural, whilst leaving a soft finish.

I also found that if you keep this pencil very sharp, it is really easy to get the Brows in a good shape and nice and defined around the edges. Also after application, if you use the eyebrow comb that comes on the lid on the Brush, it's really good for combing everything through to keep it in place and to stop any harshness.

The eyebrow pencil does not smudge easily and has great staying power. I'm talking about all day staying power, I will apply it at like 8 in the morning and it will still be there at 8 at night, but obviously it's not perfect.

The only bad thing I can fault is that it only comes in 3 colours so there is not a good colour variation range.

This pencil is also very cheap, you can pick it up HERE on the BOOTS website for just £2.99, that is great value for money.

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed and found it useful!
