Lush: Luxury Lush Pud Bath Ballistic Review! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today is another Lush review and I am going to be reviewing Luxury Lush Pud Bath Ballistic. HERE is the link to the Lush website.
Luxury Lush Pud is a massive-sized Bath Ballistic which has been re-vamped from the original 'Lil Lush Pud' that was last seen in 2011 and I think this version is much better. It has a Purple bottom and a White top and is filled with circle spots of bright colours. It also has a tiny little 'Holly' on it, but unfortunately mine had been engraved in so you can't see it too well. Luxury Lush Pud's scent is very similar to Twilight and consists of: lavender oil, ylang ylang and tonka absolute, so overall the scent is quite sweet and it faintly lingered on my Skin.
As soon as you pop Luxury Lush Pud in the Bath it starts to fizz and actually dissolves quite quickly. It releases a bright Pink colour and all the dots of colour start fizzing as well, so it ends up looking like a crazy mix of bright colours and is so pretty. All the colours finally disappear and leave behind a VERY bright Pink, sort of like Magenta colour, which was totally opaque. The Bath Ballistic also released bits of foamy bubbles that sat on the top of the Water.

Once I'd got out of the Bath, the Room was smelling beautiful and my Skin felt soft and really moisturised, due to the soft, silky water. However, although the Bath stayed pretty clear of staining, there were a few Pink dots to my annoyance which I had to clean away afterwards (time consuming).

Overall, I really loved this Bath Ballistic and even though it is more expensive at £3.40, I would so buy it again for the amazing mix of colours. I'm lucky I still have another one to use! Thanks for reading this review and I hope you enjoyed and found it somewhat useful. I have another Lush review coming on Tuesday, ooh what will it be?!

Fashion Friday | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

I'm sorry that I didn't upload on Wednesday, I didn't have time. You would think that seeing as I'm on my Easter break, I would be a bit more organised and have my Posts planned, but obviously not. However, schedule will follow as normal from now on and I've got so many Lush reviews coming.

Instead of a 'What I Wore Wednesday', we have a 'Fashion Friday' and I'm going to show you what I'm wearing today. I've got a Spring Look Book coming up soon(ish) but this Outfit will not be featuring in it, so I thought I would show you it today instead and hopefully it gives you some inspiration for Spring!
Outfit:

Jumper: Topshop

Jeans: Topshop

Socks: Ralph Lauren

So that's my Outfit! I really like it and I love my new Jumper. Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed!

Lush: Father Christmas Bath Ballistic Review! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

I have another Lush review for you all today. Today I am going to be reviewing the Father Christmas Bath Ballistic, which is something I reviewed last year, but seeing as they altered it a bit this year I am going to do an updated version. HERE is the link to the Lush website.
Father Christmas is a Bath Ballistic from Lush that has appeared previously in 2012. However, Father Christmas was re-vamped and took over the role of 'Satsumo Santa' from 2011. Father Christmas is a very large Bath Ballistic, which is a light pink colour all over apart from the white face. The scent is very sweet and zesty, with it's featured ingredients being mandarin and bergamot oil, as well as orange blossom absolute. However, in the Bath it smelt very citrusy. Although it was a strong scent, it did not linger on my Skin afterwards.
When you pop Father Christmas in the Bath the pink layer starts to fizz away and releases foamy bubbles and a pink colour. However, the core of the Bath Ballistic is a bright green colour which quickly over takes the pink and turns the Bath a very bright, opaque green. Fortunately, there was NO staining. I'd also like to point out that all them little dots are Shampoo/Conditioner as I washed my Hair.

The water was also very smooth and left my Skin feeling soft and nourished. It also fizzed quite quickly, which is something I prefer. Another bonus this year was that they had taken out all the Glitter that was previously in it last year. I absolutely hated all the Glitter, so I was super happy that there was no Glitter in it this year and I look forward to using my other 2.

Priced at £3.25, you can't really go wrong. It's a nice scent, changes colour and there's no Glitter!

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed and found it somewhat useful.

April Clothing Wishlist! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Recently I've been doing a lot of online shopping browsing and it's making me so sad that I can't buy everything. However, seeing as it is coming into Spring I really need to update my wardrobe with pastels, so I thought I would show you what I desperately want (there's a lot of Mint Green). It might give you some inspiration as well.
Left to right top row:

1. New Look: Mint Green Polka Dot Bow Back Vest: £12.99- I saw this in the Shop and thought it was super pretty! It's really light weight so it could easily be worn into Summer as well. I love the Polka dots and love the fact that it's Mint Green. The detailing of the Bow on the back is also a lovely touch. It's quite inexpensive as well. You can buy it HERE.

2. New Look: Mint Green Waterfall Blazer: £24.99- I've never had a Blazer before and I really like how this isn't your average blazer but it's a bit more interesting and floaty. Of course I also adore the colour and I think it will look great with some Disco Pants or a White Top underneath. It also comes in some other colours too. You can buy it HERE.

3. Fashion Union: Ladawn LOVE Biker Dress: £32.00- I saw this on Niomi's Blog (Lady Smart) and fell in love with it straightaway. It's a beautiful pastel Blue colour and I just love the style of it and the Zip on the side. You could probably get away with wearing it with tights as well. They haven't got my size at the moment though...cry. You can buy it HERE.

4. Ted Baker: Nistee Skater Dress: £129.00- I've got a Party coming up in June and I've been looking for a nice dress for it. When I saw Zoe wearing this dress (it might be this one, but it's quite similar nonetheless) I was inspired because I love the style of it and of course the colour! I also really love that it has a Gold Zip running down the back. The Pink version of it is so nice as well. However, it's so expensive so I probably won't bring myself to buy it, if anyone knows of a cheaper alternative do let me know! You can buy it HERE.

Left to right bottom row:

5. Topshop: Yellow Knitted Short Sleeve Jumper: £30.00- In Spring it's still a little bit chilly, so I like how this is a knitted Jumper but it's a cropped one so your not going to get too Hot. I also think the Colour is really nice and bright and I could possibly wear it in Summer because let's face it, it doesn't get too hot here. You can buy it HERE.

6. Topshop: Pink Short Sleeved Ribbed Knit: £30.00- This is very similar to the Yellow one, so again I like the design of it and stuff. However, even though the colour of it is quite a bright Pink I don't see why not you couldn't wear it in Autumn (I'm just trying to justify buying it). You can buy it HERE.

7. Topshop: Pale Blue: Short Sleeved Ribbed Kit: £30.00- Again, this is the same as the other two but this time it is in a pale Blue colour. It's quite similar to a Mint Green but I really do not need anything else in the colour Mint Green so this can be a great alternative. ;) This may have to stay in the Spring though. You can buy it HERE.

8. Topshop: Margate Double Buckle Geek Shoes: £32.00- I know these aren't to everyone's cup of tea but I love them. I really wanted the single buckle Shoe but they are all out of stock now but I like these just as much! There quite expensive though. You can buy it HERE.

So they are all the things I currently want. Somebody please help me narrow it down to just a few things because that is all too expensive! Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed.

Lush: The Christmas Penguin Bubble Bar Review! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Happy Saturday!

I have another Lush review for you all today. This time I am going to be reviewing the Christmas Penguin Bubble Bar, which I'm praying comes out again this year! Check out the NEW Lush website HERE.
Here is the adorable little Christmas Penguin, inspired by the little Penguins found on Philip Island in Australia. The Christmas Penguin is a medium size Blue and White Bubble Bar with little Black eyes and an Orange nose. It also seems to have a Yellow patch on its stomach. The Christmas Penguin has a really nice scent. It's quite a typical Lush scent I would say but it is also very sweet and slightly floral. It's featured ingredients include: Bergamot Oils, Sicilian Lemon, Mandarin Oils and Orange Flower Absolute. The scent does linger on the Skin but it's not that strong.
Although I didn't want to crumble it under the Tap, I couldn't resist. Straightaway it produces tons of soft bubbles which leave the Skin quite smooth. As well as soft skin, it also turned the Bath water a lovely sky-blue colour which I thought was so nice to bathe in. It felt like I was actually in Australia in a clear blue sea with the little Penguin.

Also can you see that Red thing on the side of the Bath? That was his Nose, it was really hard but I just left it on the side of the Bath and it gradually melted away.

I managed to get 4 Baths out of this which seems to be an average amount that I get out of most Bubble Bars, so it lived up to all expectations. Being priced at £2.95, I will definitely buy this adorable Bubble Bar again and luckily I still have 2 left to go through!

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed this review and maybe found it somewhat useful.

March Favourites 2014! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Another month gone and another favourites post for you all today. I found it hard to find favourites this month but don't fear...I have found some great ones to share with you all today!
March Favourites 2014

Jack Wills Body Wash: I got this for Christmas in 2012 but I have only just started using it! I really like it though, it has a very sweet scent which lingers on your skin. However, not only being your average shower gel it also has hydrating aspects to it so leaves your Skin feeling very nourished and moisturised which is always lovely.

Tanya Burr Nail Varnish 'Mini Marshmallow': Tanya Burr released her Nail Varnishes at the end of January and I brought one straightaway. I wore it for a lot of weekends in March and I really loved it. It's a beautiful pastel Pink with good staying properties.

Nivea Essential Care Lip Balm: I found that I had REALLY dry Lips throughout March and I always turned to this, which is something I rarely use. However, I forgot how much I loved it! It's super moisturising and works very effectively and quickly. My Lips are always left super smooth after using this.

Maybelline Baby Lips 'Peach Kiss': 'Peach Kiss' has always been a Baby Lip that I haven't really been drawn to. However, whilst trying to cure my dry Lips I also used this for School days. It is a lovely nude colour, whilst being moisturising to the Lips. I really recommend this for School days.

Lush 'Rockstar' Soap: I have really been loving the Lush soaps this month. I have been using 'Honey I Washed The Kids' and 'Rockstar'. Both Soaps seem to have moisturising properties in them because they leave my Hands feeling very smooth and my Sister also commented on this. I also like how the scent lingers on my Hands and there just a lovely treat.

So they are all my March favourites! I really hope you enjoyed this Post just to sumarise March. Thanks for reading!

Nail Designs: Gradual Glitter! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today I have another Post in my Nail Designs series which I don't think I have done since Christmas, sorry about that! Today I am going to be talking about 'Gradual Glitter' and how simple it is!
First paint your Nail Wheel with lots of different colours for experimentation!
This is the finished look! I know it looks really simple and people probably know how to do it, but I just thought I would show you anyway. All you do is start at the bottom of the Nail and slowly glide the Glitter up about a third of the way. Wait for that to dry and then do a second top, over the first one but this time go up 2 thirds of the way and then there you go! SIMPLE.

If you think about it, it is a bit like an ombre Nail. It's so cute and I love doing this to my Nails. I hope you all have fun trying this out and thanks for reading! Keep tuned for the next post in this series...it could be anything!
