February Favourites 2015! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

A bit late, but, today I have my February favourites for you all!
February Favourites:

1. Rimmel 'Wake Me Up' Concealer: I've had a lot of pesky spots recently, so this has been helping massively to clear them up. I normally do two layers of it and that's just enough! It lasts for quite a while and even longer when powdered down. This is my go to concealer!

2. Sudocrem: Bit of a weird one, but linking to the spot theme, I have been applying this at night time and I've found it's been helping to dry the spots out, which some people don't like but personally for me I find it very useful!

3. Diesel 'Loverdose' Perfume: I got this perfume for Christmas and I've made it my Monday perfume. I love it so much! It smells just like sweets and it lasts for ages in the day!

4. Barry M 'Matte' Nail Varnish: In February I really got in to painting my Nails, as we had Half Term, and this was my favourite Nail Varnish from the whole month. I love the look of matte nails and I found that I could match this colour to any outfit!

5. Mulberry Purse: After receiving this purse for Christmas, I didn't use it too much in January, I think I was a bit scared but I really got into using it this month as I had lots of places to go where I needed it. I love it so much, it's so spacious and pretty. I'm in love!

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed and maybe found it useful?!

OOTD: Meal, Cinema & Shopping! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

I'm back after I took last Sunday off for half-term! Today I have a outfit to show you that I wore yesterday when I went out for my friend's birthday meal and shopping and then in the evening I went to see Paddington at the Cinema, which was really good! It's a good outfit because it's posh enough for a meal but also casual for shopping and the cinema!
Outfit:

Top: New Look

Skirt: Topshop

Leather Jacket: Oasis

Tights: Next

Necklace: New Look

So that's my outfit! I hope you enjoyed this post and it gave you some shopping inspiration! Thanks for reading!

Everyday School Make Up Routine! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

After really getting into doing my make up in the Christmas holidays, I have now developed a daily make up routine of what I apply to my face before school. I thought I would share it with you today!
1. Miss Sporty Clear Mascara: Firstly, I comb through my eyebrows with this clear mascara, just to get rid of any bushiness.

2. Rimmel 'Wake Me Up' Concealer: Next, I apply this Concealer to any problematic areas such as spots, blemishes, red areas or under eye circles. I just use my fingers to blend it in.

3. Rimmel 'Stay Matte' Powder: I then powder my Concealer with my Real Techniques Powder Brush and it just helps my make up stay in place all day. I've hit pan in it!

4. Bourjois 'Chocolate' Bronzer: I then apply this Bronzer with the Real Techniques Bronzer Brush to contour my cheeks and bronze my forehead.

5. Mac Mineralized Skin Finish in 'Lust': I then apply this using the Real Techniques Blush Brush to the apples of my cheeks for a rosy finish!

6. Rimmel Eyebrow Pencil in 'Black Brown': Finally, I finish off the look by filling in my eyebrows a little bit. Quick brushes are the best to make it look the most natural!

So those 6 steps complete my make up look! I really hope you enjoyed this post and thanks for reading!

January Favourites 2015! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today I am going to be showing you all the things I have been loving throughout January!
 January Favourites:

1. Bourjois Bronzer: I received this for my birthday in September but it's not been since January that I've actually started using every day. It defines my cheek bones perfectly and you only need a very, very tiny amount! It also works really well to bronze the forehead. I've found it lasts from 8 in the morning until 8 at night when I take it off! It's really good!

2. Aloe Vera Vaseline: January has been cold! This has made my lips very, very dry and chapped and just quite red and sore! Thankfully, I had this Vaseline lying around and I've really got back into applying it each night before bed. Also, the Aloe Vera smells nice!

3. Cheryl's 'Storm Flower' Perfume: I received this for Christmas and made it my Thursday and Friday perfume. It just smells so lovely and fresh and I've received lots of compliments on it. The only thing I would say is that you do have to top it up throughout the day!

4. Una Brennan Super Facialist Face Scrub: Since my new years resolution was to improve my skin care routine, I invested in some new skin care and this was one of them. I use this on Wednesday and Sunday and it's very gentle on the skin, leaving behind a very smooth and even base. Great for applying make up onto!

5. LUSH (Unicorn Bubble Bar Pictured...review?): After receiving LOADS of Lush stuff for Christmas, I've started to make myself use it. I'm really bad at buying Lush stuff and just leaving it sitting in my room un-used. I had products from last year and my Birthday and Halloween/Bonfire Night so I'm slowly getting through it and loving it! Tuesday's and Thursday's are Bath Bomb days and the rest I have Bubble Bars!

So that's what I've been loving throughout January! Thanks for reading I really hope you enjoyed this Post and found it useful or inspired you to try new things! :)

HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY BLOG!! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today my Blog turned 2 and I couldn't be happier! I put so much time and effort into this little space of the web and I adore it. It's my favourite thing to do and it's always exciting. It's been dissapointing recently that with a lot of School work it's been hard for me to write posts, but I never want to leave this Blog and sometimes it is refreshing to take little breaks now and again because that's when you get the creative juices.
Thank you for reading for 2 years and I hope you've enjoyed!

A Autumn Nail Varnish! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Seeing as Autumn is here, I thought it would be a great idea to tell you about a Nail Varnish collection that just screams Autumn and that is the new Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Autumn collection and I am just going to show you one snippet of it today!
This is the 'Mustard' Nail Varnish from the Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Autumn collection. I don't know about you but I think this colour pretty much sums up Autumn. I love the colour Mustard around Autumn, because it reminds me of all the pretty leaves on the ground and in the trees. It also has amazing shine and chipping quality. Also, these are so affordable. I need the whole collection right now!

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed!

Zoella Beauty! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Very recently the wonderful Zoella brought out a 'Beauty' collection called Zoella Beauty. Being a MASSIVE fan of Zoella (which I think anyone knows, if they know me) I rushed straight to the Shops when it was out and brought 2 things and I thought I would just show you what I got today!
The first thing I got was the Guinea Pig Make Up. Is this not the cutest Make Up bag you ever did see? I did want to use it as my new Pencil Case, but I don't want it to get ruined at School! I've put all my Lip products in it and I love it! It's a beautiful Pink as well. The second thing I got was the 'Lets Glow' Candle, which smells amazing! My kind of sweet scent, I adore it!

Thanks so much Zoe for bringing out this wonderful range, which I want to buy everything from and I definitely will be! The Bath Fizzers are next on my list, along with the perfume! Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed this quick post everyone!

September Favourites 2014! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today I am going to be talking about my favourite things from September! It's been hard to choose this month as I've been so busy from School work, I haven't had time to experiment with new things or do anything fun!

1. The Body Shop Wild Argan Oil Shower Gel: A newish product from the Body Shop and I received this for my Birthday and I more or less used it straight away! I love the smell of it, it's very sweet and I love how the smell lingers on your Skin afterwards. I also like how it lathers up very easily. However, I do believe it is on the pricier side but totally worth it!

2. Avon Blemish Clearing Tinted Moisturiser: With September being a busy month and lots of coming and going, I have needed this to keep my Skin looking healthy. It's great for light coverage and for just using it to even out the Skin tone and reduce blemish marks. It's very inexpensive too and I've just been using it a lot!

3. Maybelline Baby Lips in 'Berry Bomb': I have spoke about the 'Strike A Rose' Baby Lips from the new 'Electro' collection, but this one has over taken. Although, it looks super scary in the packaging, it comes out on your Lips a beautiful berry colour...perfect for Autumn. This is my go to Lip product at the moment!

4.  Tangle Teezer: One of the many struggles in life is brushing your Hair when it's wet, so when my Mum presented me with this I was over the moon. It's so much easier when brushing my Hair now. I even put it to the test when I had been Swimming and needed to brush my Hair after that, it worked great!

5. Real Techniques Blush Brush: Since receiving this for my Birthday, I have used it every day to apply my Mac Mineralized Skin Finish in 'Lust', it just makes it a lot easier! It's also very soft and not too expensive either. I love how it's Pink and it feels a high quality!

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed!

Things I Love About Autumn! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Despite the warm, sunny weather recently, October has hit us and I can feel a sense of Autumn finally here! I love Autumn and Winter so today I thought I would tell you some of my favourite things about the Winter months.

  • Hot Chocolates: My favourite thing to Drink when I get home from a day of School or just being out in the cold is a Hot Chocolate...it's yummy and warms you up quick! It's ok to put Marshmallows and Cream on it too ;)
  • Walks in the leaves: I love walks in Autumn because you can kick through all the leaves and plus everything always looks so pretty!
  • Winter clothing: Who can deny that Winter clothing is the best? I love wearing Hoodies and Coats and layering things up. I'm super excited to do my Autumn/Winter Look Book, I have lots of ideas!
  • Baking: Baking is definitely something made for the Winter...who wants to be stuck in a hot kitchen in the Summer? I've got a few packet mixes (cheat!) to do and I think now is the perfect time to do it.
  • Halloween: I'm super excited for Halloween this year! I don't even know why!
  • Pumpkins: I can't wait to get carving my Pumpkin this year!
  • Lush Products: Lush is definitely the best around Autumn and Winter, I've already picked out everything I want for Christmas!
  • Cosy Socks and slippers: There's nothing better than getting home and putting your feet into some cosy socks and slippers!
  • Boots: It's always important to have a trusty pair of good Winter Boots each year!
  • Darker evenings: Lots of people hate this but I love the dark evenings, you know Christmas is on its way!
  • Cold: And in general I just can't wait for it to be cold! Cold weather is the best...lots will disagree!
Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed!

The Autumn TAG! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

So today I am going to be doing the Autumn TAG because I was tagged by my friend Meg, from vintagelovehearts, to do this! Thank you!

Questions:

1. Ok we're talking coffee's - what's your favourite seasonal drink from Starbucks/Costa/Cafe Nero etc?
If I was to get any, I'd probably get something from Starbucks and it wouldn't be seasonal but it would have to be the Caramel Frappucino, it's my fav!

2. Accessories- What do you opt for, scarf, boots, gloves?
I'd have to go for Scarf and boots! I don't wear gloves to often!

I don't have a type of 'Music' for Autumn, just anything that I liked in the charts! I really like Cheryl's 'Crazy Stupid Love' at the moment!
4. Perfume - what's your favourite scent for this time of year?
I'm really loving Katy Perry at the moment, it's not very seasonal as it's quite sweet but I first discovered it last year around Autumn, so I think that's why I like it!

5. Candles - what scents will you be burning this season?
There's only one Candle I am going to be burning this Autumn and that is Yankee Candle 'Blissful Autumn'.
6. What do you love most about Autumn?
Everything! I love Autumn, I really like the cold weather though, I love being able to layer up, hoodies, coats, boots and drink Hot Chocolates and walk through the leaves...omg I love it so much!

7. Favourite make up look?
I'm currently loving Berry Lips and blushed cheeks!

8. What are you looking forward to most in autumn?

My New School Bag! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

It took me ages to find a School Bag, I was literally considering taking my old one, even though it was very manky by the end of the School year. I looked in pretty much every shop and then on the last weekend of the Summer Holidays, this little beauty popped up in River Island and I instantly brought it, literally, I didn't even have to think twice!
Meet my glorious bag, (I don't have a name for her) and she is from River Island. She cost me £40, but it's totally worth it as you can feel she is such good quality and I know she will last me the year and maybe even into the next!

She has a pink stripe and a Burgundy stripe on her front, but she is all Burgundy at the back. She has black sides and black handles, with gold detailing around them. The strap however, is grey! I normally carry this with the handles, but sometimes the strap comes in handy! Inside the bag it has a place for your Phone, a little zip pocket an is separated by two sections.

I have to say however, it is not the biggest bag and I do have trouble fitting my School books in but I don't care! I'm so happy I didn't make any rush decisions and came across this Bag, I love it very much! You can pick it up HERE

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed!

Holiday Photos 2014! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today I am going to be showing you some photos from my week in Cornwall. I had a great time and miss it very much!
Tuesday 19th August: Looe

Tuesday was our first day in Cornwall and we decided to go visit and old favourite of ours...Looe. We hadn't been here for a few years so we were very happy to return. Looe is one of my favourite places in Cornwall! We first wandered through the town and looked in all the holiday shops and then we walked to the Beach. Unfortunately they don't allow Dogs on the Beach, so we just sat at the top over looking it, eating our Lunch. Later on in the Day we had Ice Creams and Hot Chocolates...bit of a mixture! It was a lovely, sunny warm day and then we went to Morrisons before coming home!
Wednesday 20th August: Polperro

Today we drove a bit further on than Looe and decided to visit, another old favourite of ours...Polperro! We walked into the town and looked through all the Shops and then we sat and had Lunch on a secluded Bench looking onto the Harbour. We then wandered round to see the Beach, before walking back through the Town and popping into more and more shops. We then went back to the Car Park and sat eating Ice Creams and drinking Hot Chocolates again...! We then went to Morrisons again!
Thursday 21st August: Padstow!

Today we visited Padstow yet again another old favourite that we had visited for a few years! We walked into the Town and looked in a through Shops before we then stopped and had some of their lovely Chips...they make the best Chips there! We then walked down to the Beach, but didn't actually go onto it. We just sat on the top, eating our Lunch looking onto the Beach and doing a bit of Sunbathing. We then walked up to the top to overlook the Sea and then we walked back into the Town and looked in more Shops and I brought a Smurf body board! Then we came home and went to Asda!
Friday 22nd August: Parsands

Sorry for the picture overload, but Parsands was so beautiful! We started off the day by doing a Riverside walk at the place we were staying and then after a while trying to find it, we arrived at the secluded place of Parsands and ate our Lunch before going down onto the Beach. The Beach was the most beautiful place ever! It was massive, but hardly anyone there. We sat there for a few hours, just chilling and sunbathing before we then popped to Tesco's and then came home. It was my Sister's birthday, so then we spent the evening singing happy birthday and eating Cake!
Saturday 23rd August: Looe

Saturday was planned to be a Beach day...however plans didn't go to plan! We spent ages driving round trying to find a Beach...we were trying to find Whitsands but decided we didn't like it, so we then went to Looe again and we still had a wonderful day. We looked through all the Shops and then we went to sit by the Beach again, sunbathing and overlooking the Sea and of course we had more Ice Creams. We then wandered back through the Shops, doing some more Shopping before we then came home, popping into Morrisons on the way home. We must have been in there for an hour or more!
Sunday 24th August:

Sunday was quite a busy day. We got up early and went to Looe quickly, just so I could get more Holiday bracelets and pick up a few more Holiday treats. We then went to Polperro, which is where we ate our Lunch and we went into more Shops. We then popped to Golitha Falls and walked around the woods and looked at the Waterfalls, it's quite dangerous there to be honest! I then came home and got in our Hot Tub and it was so relaxing and nice!

Thanks for reading my Holiday post, it's been lovely remembering my Holiday! I Hope you enjoyed this Post!
