April Favourites! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Another month gone! I can't believe how fast the months are going, it will soon be Christmas. :) Anyway...today I am going to show you 5 things I have been loving this month and I think this has been my favourite post so far out of this series!
April Favourites

1. Frozen DVD: I saw Frozen at the Cinema on Christmas Eve and loved it! I then spent from Christmas until the DVD came out, on YouTube listening to all the Songs and singing them around my House, which I'm still doing. I then brought it straightaway when it came out and watched it again. I love this film and all the songs. It's a Disney classic!

2. Nails Inc. Nail Varnish in 'Botanical Garden': Not only has this been my favourite Nail Varnish of the month, but it also symbolises my love for everything and anything Mint Green this month. This is more of a Turquoise-Blue colour, but it looks Mint Green in the Bottle. I just love it though, it's so pretty and shiny!

3. Tanya Burr Lip Gloss in 'Aurora': I brought 3 Tanya Burr Lip Glosses this month, but Aurora has been my absolute favourite. It is such a beautiful Pink colour and is really pigmented, whilst finishing with a lovely shine. It also smells amazing and is moisturising! It is also slightly shimmery.

4. Scrunchie: I have been obsessing over Scrunchies this month. Every day in the Easter Holidays I was wearing one. I just love doing the 'Half Up, Half Down' Hairstyle (featured HERE) with it and I think they make the Hairstyle more interesting. I also own a Burgundy one and I really want a Green one.

5. Una Brennan Clay Mask: I've been wanting to try this mask for ages and finally brought it at the beginning of the month and I have been using it two times a week ever since. I can always notice a difference on the day I've used it. My Skin looks brighter, even and smoother. I also think it has been helping to clear up all my pesky spots and I will continue to love and use this throughout May.

So they are the 5 things I have been loving in April! What have you been loving this month? Please give me recommendations in the comments. :) Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed!

Lush Collection Part 4! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today I have part 4 of my continuing Lush collection. I reckon I've got about 2-3 left of these, sorry if you're getting bored but I love writing about Lush products! You can read part 1 HERE, part 2 HERE and part 3 HERE. You can visit the Lush website HERE
First, I have Cinders. This has come out many years in the Lush Christmas collection. I've got to say though, it's one of my absolute favourites. It has a gorgeous warm, spicy scent and has popping candy in it! WOOP! I received this one in my Santa's Grotto Gift Set. You can read my review of it HERE
Next, I have something that looks very weird. It kind of looks like a big Dog poo, but don't worry it's not. It is actually the Gold FUN bar, limited edition for the Christmas collection 2013. I got this in my Christmas Pudding Gift Set and can't wait to try it. It has a lovely sweet honey scent (just like Honey I Washed The Kids Soap). However, I won't be reviewing it, as I'm going to review the whole FUN collection in one post, so stay tuned for that!
Ok, is this not just the COOLEST Bath Ballistic you have ever seen?! Meet Secret Santa, the most amazing Bath Ballistic to ever live and new to the Christmas collection 2013. It is MASSIVE and it is actually a 'Santa's Grotto'. I'm so excited to try this and kgjgkjfdkglmfd, words can't quite type right now, but review coming soon! I received this in my 'Santa's Grotto' Gift Set.
Next, I have Christmas Eve Bubble Bar, which I haven't used in a while. This comes out most Christmases, but it can look a bit different each year. The smell is so warm and Jasmine-like and I love it. It produces Green bubbles and you can read my review of it HERE. I've had so many of these this year, like 3! I received this in my 'Merry Christmas' Gift Set.
Next, I have Golden Wonder Bath Ballistic which is my favourite Bath Ballistic from the Lush Christmas collection. This has been out for a couple of years now and it has the most lovely citrusy scent. It also turns the Bath Water a lovely Blue colour from what I can remember. Review coming soon. I received this in my 'Merry Christmas' Gift Set.
Next, I have another Cinders Bath Ballistic but this one I received in my 'Merry Christmas' Gift Set. As I was saying earlier, I love Cinders but it turns the Bath Water a Yellow colour, which is a bit weird but it's quite bright and cool! You can read my review of it HERE. I bet it will come out again this Christmas!
Second to last, I have Lord Of Misrule which I'm so happy that I have another one. I recently reviewed this HERE and absolutely loved it. It's new to the 2013 Halloween/Christmas collection. It's so cool in so many different ways, it has popping candy, the Bath water changes from Green to Pink, it smells amazing and it makes your Skin feel amazing! Hats off to this Bath Ballistic. I received this in my 'Merry Christmas' Gift Set.
Finally, I have another Father Christmas Bath Ballistic. This was first brought out in 2012 and I didn't like it because of all the Glitter...however, the Glitter has been toned down and it just leaves your Bath a beautiful bright Green colour, so I really like it this year, because it also has a lovely scent. You can read my review of it HERE. I received this in my 'Merry Christmas' Gift Set'.

So they are all the products I am going to show you in my Lush collection Part 4! I really hope you enjoyed this Post and thanks for reading! See you for Part 5!

London Haul! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

In the Easter holidays, I and my family went to visit London and we went Shopping in Westfields at Shepherds Bush. I had a great time and brought a few things which I am going to show you today. I haven't done a haul in ages!
The first things I brought were things from Lush...obviously! The first thing I picked up was 'Sakura Bath Ballistic', it's actually a new one so I'm looking forward to trying it and reviewing it, HERE is the link on the Lush website. Then I got 'Creamy Candy Bubble Bar', which is one of my all time favourites and I haven't had it for ages, I've actually reviewed it HERE and you can buy it on the Lush website HERE! Finally, I got some more 'Honey I Washed The Kids Soap', because this is so nice and smells amazing, I've also reviewed this HERE and you can buy it HERE! The overall Lush website is HERE.
Next, I went into Cath Kidston and brought a really cute Star print pen. I got this for Christmas and it ran out so I brought another one! Then I picked up some Dog tissues as I've had lots of colds recently. Finally, I got a new rubber as my old one is broken and I thought this was cute. HERE is the link to the Cath Kidston website.
Then I picked up my first Tanya Burr Lip Gloss as they are now in some Superdrug stores. There was hardly any left so I was lucky enough to grab the last 'Aurora' and I have been wearing it non-stop. It's such a pretty Pink colour and of course Aurora is my favourite Princess! You can buy it HERE. Review coming soon!
Then, I went into Hollister and brought this Mint Green and White stripped crop top. I thought this would be perfect for Summer and I just love the pretty bow detailing on the back, it's so cute! Plus, there was a 30% off all tops! You can buy it HERE on the Hollister website.
Ok, so I brought another Mint Green Jumper. However, this is a really light-weight, thin Jumper so I could easily wear this in Summer as well. It's slightly cropped, so that's cool and I love the lace detailing on the back, it's super cute! I'm wearing this as I type! This was also 30% off. You can buy it HERE on the Hollister website.
I then brought another two Tanya Burr Lip Glosses, but these were not from London and were on a different Shopping trip. The top one is called 'Smile, Dream, Sparkle' and the bottom one is called 'Picnic In The Park', these are such pretty colours and I love them! You can pick both of these up HERE.

So they are all my recent purchases. I have also brought 3 new Jumpers and Shoes from Topshop, but they were featured on my 'April Wishlist' so I didn't bother including them, plus they will be coming up in a Look-Book soon...hopefully! Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed!

Lush: The Melting Snowman Bath Melt! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today is another Lush review and I am going to be reviewing The Melting Snowman Bath Melt, one of my favourites! The concept of this is really cool, real Snowmen melt in real-life and because this is a bath melt, it's also melting...I love it! HERE is the Link to the Lush website.
Here is the cute little guy! The Melting Snowman is an adorable little Snowman, who is in the process of melting. He has cute Chocolate Button Eyes and 3 Buttons on his melted stomach and an adorable 'Carrot' Nose. The Melting Snowman also has a really Christmassy scent, it's very spicy and it's featured ingredients are: Cinnamon, Clove, Patchouli, Benzoin, Lime and Sweet Wild Orange Oils. The smell was quite strong and lingered on my Skin, but I also think it gave me a bit of a headache. :(
The Melting Snowman slowly melted away and left the Water a very cloudy, white colour. It was actually surprisingly opaque! The Chocolate Buttons also melted away like real Chocolate, it was quite weird and the Orange nose disappeared too. The Water was really soft and my Skin was left feeling very smooth and nourished.

Overall, I love this little guy and something I will definitely re-purchase. Even though he's not the most exciting, he's cute and your Skin smells and feels great afterwards. He's fairly cheap too, priced around £2.00 (not accurate). Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed!

Lush: So White Bath Ballistic Review! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Another Lush review again for you all today. Today I am going to be reviewing the 'So White' Bath Ballistic. HERE is the Link to the Lush website.
So White is a massive-sized Bath Ballistic, which is white all over. So White has a beautiful scent - it's very sweet and just like Apples! It's featured ingredients are Bergamot Oil, Rose Absolute, Orange Flower Absolute and Neroli Oil, no Apple ingredients though. The smell did linger on my Skin and it smelt like sweets!
As soon as you pop So White into the Bath it starts fizzing and moves side to side, whilst releasing a white layer. The white layer lasted for quite a while, until the Pink from inside the Bath Ballistic's core was released. The Pink over took and left the Bath a VERY bright, opaque Pink colour, which I loved! Seeing as the Pink was so bright, I was a little scared for staining, but fortunately there was NO staining.

The water was left silky, smooth and my Skin felt great whilst smelling lovely. However, the Bath Ballistic fizzed SO slowly. I'm not even joking, it must of took about 5-10 minutes. I eventually broke it up with my hands because I got so bored of it!

Seeing as it's £3.20, it is quite basic, so not sure if I would buy it again. Probably for the scent and that's about it! I hope you enjoyed this post and thanks for reading!

Spring Nail Picks | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Last year I did THIS post on my favourite Spring Nail Varnishes. I am still using all of them so do check out that post, but this year I have a few new ones to share with you all!
Here are the Nail Varnishes that I am currently loving and using a lot this Spring. From left to right we have Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine in '328 Dragon', Tanya Burr 'Penguin Chick', Models Own 'Apple Pie', Tanya Burr 'Mini Marshmallow' and Nails Inc. 'Botanical Garden'. The swatches below match the Nail Varnishes in the right order.
Here are the swatches. Doesn't it remind you of like a Neapolitan Ice Cream?!
First I have Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine in '328 Dragon'. I think this is a really pretty Pink. It's quite a light Pink but bright at the same time. It also has gorgeous shimmer in it, which look so pretty on the Nails. Due to the fact it is a 'Hi-Shine' it obviously also finishes with great shine and doesn't chip easily. Me loves this one!
Next I have a Tanya Burr Nail Varnish, which is very exciting, in the colour 'Penguin Chick'. This colour is quite hard to describe, but it's quite Grey with a hint of Purple in it. However, I think it's really pretty and because it's quite light, it's perfect for Spring. It also has great chipping qualities!
Next I have a Models Own Nail Varnish in the colour 'Apple Pie'. This Nail Varnish is also scented, how cool?! On the Nails this actually reminds me of a Mint Ice Cream. It's a very Pastel colour and a REALLY Mint Green. I wear it a lot though and love it. It also finishes with a lovely shine to it.
I have another Tanya Burr Nail Varnish which is in the colour 'Mini Marshmallow'. I love this one a lot, a lot and wear it very often. I think it is so pretty on the Nails and the perfect Spring colour. It's a VERY pastel Pink so you need 3 coats which is a bit time consuming but oh well. I have reviewed both the Tanya Burr Nail Varnishes mentioned in this Post from Tanya Burr's collection HERE
Finally, I have my Nails Inc. Nail Varnish in the colour 'Botanical Garden'. Now, you may think this looks like a Mint Green (as did I) but it actually comes out a more turquoise-blue colour, which I actually think is very pretty and a colour I've not had before or worn in Spring. It also finishes with a lovely shine and looks very pretty. It's also Nails Inc. woop woop!

So they are all my lovely Spring Nail Varnishes! I really hope you enjoyed this Post and thanks for reading!

Lush: Shoot For The Stars Bath Ballistic Review! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Another Lush review for you all today as promised. I seem to be flying through these at the moment and I still have a lot more to come. Today I am going to be reviewing 'Shoot For The Stars' Bath Ballistic for you all. HERE is the link to the Lush website.
Shoot For The Stars Bath Ballistic is a medium-sized Bath Ballistic which is Blue with a bright Yellow shooting Star across the top and some Pink splodges around it. The scent is a very sweet honey scent which is similar to 'Honey I Washed The Kids' with its featured ingredients being: Brazilian Orange Oil and Bergamot Oil. The scent was quite strong and did linger on the Skin for a bit afterwards.
As soon as you pop Shoot For The Stars Bath Ballistic in the Bath it fizzes instantly and begins to turn the Bath water a Blue colour, and the shooting Star releases spurts of Yellow which stay on the Surface for a bit, before blending into the Water. I was very certain the end result of the Bath would be Blue, but no I was wrong! There is a Pink middle and the Pink colour overtook and mixed to produce a very dark Purple colour, which was the final result. Along with all of that, it also produced foamy, silky smooth water.

Along with colour changing there were also tiny bits of Star confetti which were really hard to see and just dissolved away, but they were a nice treat nonetheless. There was also a lot of Glitter but it did not stick to you at all! Instead, my Skin was left feeling very soft.

It did however leave tiny Purple residue dots which were on the verge of staining before I very quickly rinsed it away. However, priced at £3.25, I would so buy it again and I'm super sad I don't have another one to use. Please bring it out again next year Lush!

Thanks for reading this review and I hope you enjoyed it and found it somewhat useful.

Hair Accessories! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Seeing as my Hairstyle Posts seem to go down quite well, I thought I would do another Hair type post today. Unfortunately, I do not have any other Hairstyles to show you but what I am going to show you is some Hair accessories and where you can buy them because things like this just don't get talked about enough online and I want to help you all.
First I just have your average doughnut ring, that you use to do for messy Buns. It's very handy to get that perfect circle and then you can just mess around and pull bits out to make it look messy. You can pick this up at Claire's Accessories.
Next I have some Clips! I love parting my Hair to the side and then taking a section of it from the front and clipping it to the side, with a little bit of a quiff. I specially like to do it with these pretty clips and you could also use them to clip your fringe back or to clip your hair at the back. You can pick these up from New Look.
Next up are some Hair Bands, now I know this seems like an obvious thing but people don't realise how much Hair Bands come in to every day life. We use them for Pony Tails and Messy Buns and much more. I thought I would show you the best-value-for-money-ones. From Primark you can get a pack of Hair Bands in all shapes and colours for just a £1! Bargain!
Sticking with the Clip theme, I love clipping my Hair back with lots of pretty clips and these are some of them. I just think a lovely Flower clip adds a lot more fun to the Hair. I use these for more special occasions and you could even wear it at a Wedding. You can pick up these at H&M and Claire's Accessories.
A new addition to my Hair accessories is this Burgundy Velvet Scrunchy, and I also have a Black one and I'm currently wearing it as I type in my 'Half Up, Half Down' Hairstyle. I love using this for my 'Half Up, Half Down' Hairstyle as it helps to add a bit more volume than just an average Hairband and it also looks much more pretty and I just love a good ol' scrunchy. You can pick this up at Boots.
Next I have some Floral headbands. I love a Floral headband and I use to wear them all the time. They are so pretty and look really cute in the Hair. I mainly just wear them now for a day when my Hair is being annoying or I can't be bothered with it. From top to bottom you can pick them up from, Jack Wills, New Look, Claire's Accessories and Claire's Accessories.
Ahh...Kirby Grips/Bobbi Pins/Hair Grips, we all have a love/hate relationship with them. However, no matter how annoying they are when the break or just disappear we will also use them no matter what. Even though on 1st day use they are a bit slippery and don't always stay in, they are a life saver when doing a Messy bun!
Sticking with the Headband theme, you know those floral crowns that you can get? I like to think that this is one very similar to that. I think it is so pretty and it looks so nice sat in the Hair. Unfortunately, I do not know where this is from, as it was a gift.
Finally, something new that I brought recently. These are clear elastic bands, something that I had wanted for so long. They are so handy and I like to use them when doing a Fishtail Plait or a Halo Braid. They just look more subtle in the Hair. You can pick these up at Boots.

So that is all the Hair Accessories that I am going to show you today. I think that these are the most important ones out there. Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed!
