Lush: Autumn Wishlist! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today's Lush post, is, again, not a review. I'm really sorry about that, but I have not had time to photograph, and use up products, and then write the reviews, (normally I pre-write). However, I've got a less busy week this week, and normal Lush reviews will continue next Monday. I'm actually hoping to go shopping soon and pick up some Halloween products to try out, which of course I will review! Also, I read on a Blog somewhere, that the Lush Christmas products are coming out in shops on Friday, anyone know if this is true? It would be great if it is true, as I've been waiting for these Christmas products for the whole year. I've decided this year I'm going to buy a ton of Christmas products and use them throughout the year, as I've basically tried everything in Lush that appeals to me.

To make this possible though, I've been looking on the Lush website, and chosen a few products, that I really want to try this Autumn, before I start using Christmas products. Also, seeing as we haven't had a Lush Wishlist post for a while, I thought this was the perfect opportunity, for me to be reminded what I want to buy. HERE is the Link, for the Lush website. Here goes...
 Left to right top row:

Pumpkin Bubble Bar £2.75: You honestly can't beat a good Halloween product, and seeing as Halloween is fast approaching, I definitely need to pick this up soon and review it. It's so cute, and I love how it is similar to the Mumkin, from the Mother's Day Collection. I'm excited to get lovely orange Bubbles (perfect for Halloween), and it is only £2.75. Link HERE to buy it.

Phoenix Rising Bath Bomb £3.25: This is a Bath Bomb, I've never really looked at, or payed much attention too. I'm not gonna lie, but I thought it did look a bit weird. However, hearing good things about it from vintagelovehearts, I'm willing to give it a go and see what it does! It's £3.25, which is one of the more pricier ones, but I still want to try it. Link HERE to buy it.

Left to right bottom row:

Blackberry Bath Bomb £2.95: Another Bath Bomb, I've not been interested in trying before. But, I'm slowly making my way through the Bath Bombs that Lush have to offer, and it would be a shame to miss this one out! I'm just super intrigued about what colour it will turn the Bath. For one of the larger Bath Bombs, it's actually got quite a reasonable price, priced at £2.95. Link HERE to buy it.

You've Been Mangoed Luxury Bath Melt £3.25: I didn't really get on with the Mmmelting Marshmallow Moment luxury Bath melt (review HERE), so I want to see if the You've Been Mangoed, is any better. I've heard good reviews about this from my friend, so I'm excited to try, and of course, review it. It also smells amazing, because I've smelt it in the shop! Link HERE to buy it.

So that is all the products I really want to try! I feel like I've done too many wishlists recently, as I did a fashion one yesterday, which you can read HERE. Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoyed.

Autumn/Winter Jumper Wishlist! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Recently, I've been looking online at some Autumn/Winter Jumpers, and I've been loving a lot, especially Mint Green ones...oops. However, I already own a lot of Jumpers.
From left to right top row:

1. New Look: Navy Badger Knitted Jumper £19.99: I think this is super cute! First of all, it is a really nice colour and the Badger's face is so adorable. I've seen a lot of tops/Jumpers lately with Animal faces on it, and really liked this one. It's quite cheap too.

2. New Look: Mint Green Popcorn Knit Jumper £24.99: I really like the texture of this. It's like fluffy and bobbly, which I think is nice for Autumn and Winter. It is also Mint Green, which I love! It's slightly more expensive than the Badger one, but I think New Look is good quality, so it's a good price.

3. New Look: Teal Shrunken Knitted Jumper £14.99: This is a cropped knitted Jumper, and I'm really loving this style at the moment. I am also in love with the colour, and I just think it looks really cosy and warm. It is also £14.99, which is an absolute bargain!

From left to right bottom row:

Topshop: Knitted Fluffy Crop Jumper £34.00: Another cropped jumper, but from Topshop. I love the colour of this as well, and I also like how it is fluffy. However, it's £34.00, which is really expensive, and I just brought a pink cropped jumper from Topshop, so I probably won't get this, but I can still want it right?!

Topshop: Knitted Mix Stitch Jumper £36.00: I don't really have many jumpers like this at the moment, and I think the style of the Knit is really pretty. It is also a lovely colour, but £36.00, why is Topshop so expensive?! :(

Topshop: Mix Knit Slouchy Jumper £36.00: Another Mint Green Jumper, surprise surprise! This is a darker/brighter Mint Green though. It's the same style as the Purple one, and I love it! It is also £36.00, but I may have to buy this one...oops. It also says it's 'slouchy', so will be nice to relax in!

So those are the Autumn/Winter Jumpers I am wanting right now! Which are your favourites?

Maybelline Baby Lips Swatches: Cherry Me And Peach Kiss! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today I thought I would very quickly show you the swatches of my favourite Lip Products. I'm loving Maybelline Baby Lips at the moment, and reviewed them last month HERE. However, that was before I purchased Cherry Me and Peach Kiss, so today I'm going to show you their swatches.
The top swatch is Peach Kiss. Although, it looks like it is going to come out a really light pink/nude colour at first, it actually comes out very sheer, and is really just like a lip balm. A bit dissapointing, as I would like to get the colour, that it first appears in the packaging. However, it does add a nice gloss to the lips. And smells lovely and peachy too.

The bottom swatch is Cherry Me. This has been my favourite recently, I have been loving wearing it. It looks like a really dark red at first, (which I believe can scare some people), but it actually comes out a really nice pinky colour, a bit darker than Pink Punch. I really love this colour, and I think you would agree. It also smells very cherry-like, just like sweets and cakes!

Thanks for reading, this very quick post! I'm not really sure what this was to be quite honest, just to show you the swatches really, and have a bit of a ramble. Anyone else super glad it's the weekend?!

Avon Moroccan Argan Oil Review! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today, I am going to be reviewing one of my favourite ever Hair Products, and this is the Avon "Moroccan Argan Oil". Priced at £3.85, for 30ml, I think this is a bargain.
This is one of my staple hair products, and one I use all the time, after washing my hair. I will do 2 pumps in my hand, and slowly rub through my hair, working it into the ends especially. It can be quite scary applying an oil to your hair, as you don't want your hair to gain anymore oils to make it greasier, but this does not do that. Your hair doesn't get any added grease, or does it gain any stickiness. It's just like it's not even in your hair. It also smells amazing, a typical "Avon" scent, and fresh.

First of all, it does not add any weight to your hair, which is a bonus if your like me and have thick hair as it is. What is does do though, is bring life back into your hair. Before using this my hair was dry, longing a deep condition, and breaking. Afterwards, I noticed a difference. It was smooth, (so, so smooth!) and I noticed less and less split ends, so it was definitely getting stronger. It added a subtle shine, and just replenished and nourished my hair. I honestly can't speak more highly of this product, and will continue to use it until I find anything better, which I doubt I will. This is my 3rd bottle I've been using.

I believe this was the answer to my dry hair, as I kept my Shampoo and Conditioner the same. If you've not tried this yet, I recommend you should, it's a miracle worker.

Lush: Halloween Collection! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

So today, instead of a Lush product review, I thought I would show you the Halloween collection, as I don't want you to miss out on the great products. There are 3 on the Website at the moment, and I think that is all we are getting, but who knows, it could get updated! You can buy all 3 Lush Halloween Products HERE on the LUSH website.

*Disclaimer*: I have not yet tried any of these products. I am quoting things about them from the Lush website. I will be purchasing all 3 of them though, so stay tuned for reviews.
First we have "Lord of Misrule", what an interesting name. At first, you may be put off by this 'bogey' Green Bath Ballistic, but don't be, it will dissolve to reveal a wine coloured center. Lush also say it has a strange and magnificent scent, which sounds intriguing. This Bath Ballistic, is priced at £3.30, and I can't wait to try it.
The next one is "Pumpkin" Bubble Bar. Does anyone slightly recognise this? Oh yes, it is a reincarnation of the "Mumkin" Bubble Bar, which was for Mother's Day. Crumbling this under running water, will produce a vivid rusty Orange colour, and produce tons of soft-scented bubbles to bathe in. It has a comforting Autumnal fragrance, similar to the "Figs and Leaves" soap. "Pumpkin" is priced at £2.75, which is a price I don't mind to spend.
The final Halloween product, is "Soot Ball" Bath Ballistic. I think this looks the most interesting of them all, I've never seen a Bath Ballistic quite like this before. Don't worry though, it is not going to turn your Bath water Black (something I was a little worried about), but a beautiful Golden colour. It will also come with a sweet, spicy fragrance, which is perfect for Halloween and Autumn. For £2.50, the cheapest of all 3, I can't wait to buy it.

If you were to buy all 3, it would come to £8.55. I am going to lose £8.55 out of my purse shortly, when I go to the Lush Shop to buy them!

Thanks for reading. I hope you enjoyed this, as it was a little different to our normal Lush Monday's, but it's always good to change things up a bit.

My Favourite Autumn Nail Varnishes! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

Today is officially the first day of Autumn, and it is time to whip out the Autumn Nail Varnishes! For me, I see Autumn as 'quick, Winter is nearly here, wear all the Nail Varnishes that you missed out on in Summer, that are half Autumnal'. So, my Autumn Nail Varnishes, may not be very Autumnal to you, but to me, I must wear them throughout Autumn, before we hit the Dark colours in Winter.
*Swatch matches Nail Varnish as always*
So above are my top 5 Nail Varnishes that I am going to wear in Autumn. From left to right we have, Barry M 328 Mango, Essie Full Steam Ahead, Barry M 326 Key Lime, Essie Chubby Cheeks and Barry M 317 Grapefruit.
My first favourite Nail Varnish for Autumn, is 328 Mango by Barry M. I think this is a great colour for Autumn, as it is a really bright Orange, and I relate it to Orangey leaves falling off the trees, and that just screams Autumn at me. I also like how it is not a dark Orange, it is quite bright, so I can still feel a tiny bit Summery, even though it will be getting colder.
My next one is Essie Full Steam Ahead. I love this for Autumn, because it is not a dark Purple for Winter, nor is it a pastel Purple for Spring/Summer, I think it is just the perfect Purple for Autumn, as it is on the turn slowly getting darker for Winter. It is also shimmery, which will get us in the mood for the festive party season fast approaching!
My next one is Barry M 326 Key Lime. I like this one for Autumn, as I see this 'bogey' green colour, perfect for Autumn, as it will be great for them days leading up to Halloween, and a perfect colour to wear on Halloween. It's also not a dark or pastel Green, but a medium kind of Green, so perfect for Autumn.
As you can see, I do like my Orange for Autumn. This Orange, by Essie in Chubby Cheeks, just screams Autumn at me. It is the perfect Orange in my opinion, and one I'm going to wear at the end of Autumn, as I think it's a nice dark Orange to also wear at the beginning of Winter. It is such a dark Orange, it is almost a berry red colour!
Finally, a Barry M Nail Varnish, in 317 Grapefruit, is a great Autumnal choice. It is similar to a berry Pink colour, which is great for Autumn, as it is just on the turn into a dark pink, which is good for Winter. I really like this colour, and I will probably wear it the most throughout Autumn!

So that is all my favourite Autumn Nail Varnishes, and my series complete. I have done my Favourite Winter, Spring and Summer Nail Varnishes, so in December, there will be no favourite Winter Nail Varnishes, but you can read back to my old posts. :)

Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoyed!

BRACES! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

I had scheduled a post today, for a review on a Hair Product, but I've re-scheduled it, because I thought I would just have a bit of a chit-chat. So today, I got my bottom braces put on, and I thought I would tell you a little bit about it, the procedure and stuff.

So, back in June I had my first Orthodontist appointment, where they discuss treatment, look at your teeth, take molds where necessary and maybe do some x-rays. I was told I was going to need bottom braces, a removable top brace, and top braces, after the top removable brace. However, first, I needed two teeth out, at the top.

So, I went to get my teeth out in August. Everything went fine, I didn't like the numbness feeling after the injection, as it went all the way up to my eye. But, it didn't really hurt and didn't last too long. Then at the beginning of September, I went for a third mold, as my two top teeth had gone!

Today, I went and got my bottom braces, and my removable brace for the top. The removable brace is the most annoying thing ever! It is so uncomfortable, gets in the way of eating, and has made me speak with a lisp. If you don't know what a removable brace looks like, here is a picture. Annoying thing!
So as I type this, my teeth hurt so much!!!! I'm not going to lie, the pain is so bad and my teeth feel really sensitive. I think I've got to have the removable brace for about 9 months, (could be sooner though), and then I will get top braces. So overall, my treatment is going to be quite a long time. It could be about a year and a half, or more. Depressing...

Bit of a random post today, I know. I've just noticed the Lush Halloween products are on the website, so I may do a Post about them on Monday, for my Lush Monday post, what do you think?!

Thanks for reading this weird post, and I hope you enjoyed!

September 2013 Glossybox! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

For my Birthday, I was very fortunate to receive a 3-month Glossybox Subscription, so for each Month from September, until November, I will show you what I get in my Glossyboxes. If you don't know what a Glossybox is, it's where each month (for £10), they send you 5 High-End Sample of Beauty Products to try out!
 September Glossybox 2013:

Toni&Guy Shine Gloss Serum: I like Toni&Guy products, and I'm really excited to see what this Serum will do to my Hair, I'm really hoping for good things, but who knows. Full Size 30ml: £7.19

Elizabeth Arden Untold Perfume: I got a mini sample of the Elizabeth Arden perfume. This perfume smells absolutely amazing, and lasts for a good amount of time. I really want to buy the full size, if only it wasn't so expensive! Full size 50ml: £48 and 100ml: £69

Dr Lipp Original Nipple Balm for Lips: I know it sounds a bit weird at first, but it is actually amazing. It works so quickly at soothing the lips and getting rid of dry stuff. Although it is a bit sticky, I really want to buy the full size. Full size 15ml: £11.50.

Eylure Pre-Glued Lashes: Although I don't wear Fake Lashes, I'm sure these will come in handy at some point in the future. A good thing about them, is that they are already pre-glued, so there is no wasting time, putting the glue on, waiting for it to set for a while, and then finally putting it on. You can just get them out of the packet, and put them on. Full size for one set: £5.06

Be a...Bombshell Eyeliner: I don't really wear eyeliner, but when I received this, I was excited and tried it straightaway. Lets just say I need a lot of practice! ;) Full size 3g: $14.

So that is all what I got in my September 2013 Glossybox, I love everything, and can't wait for October and November Glossyboxes. Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed.

Lush: Think Pink Bath Ballistic Review! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

It's Monday, and it feels like I've not written a Lush review in a while, as I had pre-written last week's Lush review, whereas I'm actually writing today's review, today. Oooh, confusing! ;)

If you want to purchase Think Pink, click HERE on the LUSH website.
*I apologise for the blurry picture*.

The Bath Ballistic, I have chosen to review today, is Think Pink Bath Ballistic. I used Think Pink last night, for the first time, and very much enjoyed it! First of all, the smell is amazing. It's a lovely, girly, sweet scent, with a featured ingredient of Tonka Absolute, which lingers on the skin afterwards. Also, when you're in the Bath, your skin feels so smooth, and when you get out afterwards, it's even smoother. The perfect remedy for dry skin.
Think Pink doesn't do an awful lot, but it's really nice nonetheless. It's more of a simple Bath Ballistic. It straightaway fizzes, and it turns the Bath water, a really bright Pink, which is so girly and pretty! The flowers on top of the Bath Ballistic, are like a mini Bath Melt, so they just Melt away.
However, out of Think Pink, comes Love Hearts! Loads and loads of tiny little confetti Love Hearts come out of Think Pink, and lie at the bottom of your Bath. These come in 3 different colours, a light Pink, dark Pink, and a medium shade of Pink, they are super cute.

The little Love Hearts, do leave a tiny bit of a pink residue, which you do need to scrub away afterwards. It's not easily moved either!

So overall, I really enjoyed Think Pink, it fizzed into Pink Water, released tiny little Love Hearts, and had an amazing scent. Something I will definitely buy again. I wonder what next weeks review will be? The suspense!

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed.

I hope you enjoyed this Post today, it was something a bit different! Thanks for reading.

Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Review! | Believe In Beauty

Hey!:)

So today I am going to be reviewing the Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine nail polishes. I own 4 and love them all to pieces. For the good things I'm about to tell you about them, I don't think £3.99, is a bad price at all.
Here are my Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Varnishes. Mine are in the colour 317 Grapefruit, 326 Key Lime, 328 Mango and 317 Greenberry (in order of pictures and swatches). I think these Nail Varnishes are really good quality. To start with, they last for ages, I had been Swimming, and you know Swimming wrecks your Nails?! It didn't wreck these. It also has an amazing shine, you don't need any top coat, and you can definitely see the difference between normal Barry M Nail Varnishes, and these.

Another good thing about these, is that you only need 1 coat for a bold, bright finish. There really good if you are in a rush and don't have time to sit down for a while and paint your Nails. They also dry quite quickly too, which is good if you are impatient like myself!

Down below, are some swatches of the Nail colours, I think you will like them, just as much as I do, and you will be able to see the shinyness and amazingness about them. *The swatch is in line to match the Nail Varnish*.
For £3.99, you really can't go wrong. So why not pick up some from Superdrug or Boots right now?! ;)
